Her career includes experience at Impala Platinum, where she developed advanced expertise across smelter operations, concentrator systems, laboratory analysis, and plant performance optimisation. She also worked at the South African Mint Company, where she was involved in precision coin production processes and gained in-depth exposure to smelting and pyrometallurgical services within the smelter division.
